By accessing or using the Logical Claw services provided by Logical Minds ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Description of Services
Logical Claw provides managed hosting, setup, and consultation services for OpenClaw instances. Our services include dedicated VPS provisioning, Telegram bot integration, Mission Control dashboard access, and ongoing technical support depending on your selected plan.
3. Accounts and Registration
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Token usage beyond your plan's included allowance will be billed at the prevailing per-token rate.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to infringe the rights of others, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the operation of the services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logical Minds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the services.
